A recruitment agency for drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff. Jobs read like shifts, not adverts, and a new driver can see the road to a licence.

Finding a shift
Most candidates already know which kind of work is theirs. I opened the site with three doors, haulage, warehouse and factory, each with its count of open jobs, so they go straight to their own list.
Every row says where, which shift and the hourly rate. Those are the three things a worker decides on, so I took them out of the advert text and into the row.
Licence holders and people who want to become drivers are different candidates. I split the page into two clear paths, so the agency can grow its own drivers instead of competing for the same few.
Becoming a driver
Someone who wants to drive a truck doesn’t know where to start or what it costs. I let them tick what they already have and see the steps, time and cost left to a licence, so a vague idea becomes a plan, and the agency gets a candidate who knows what he is signing up for.
Candidates ring the office to ask where their application stands. I gave them a page with each application’s stage and the documents still missing, so the consultants spend their time placing people instead of answering calls.
